In 2023, Coface employed ~4,970 people and registered a turnover of €1.868 billion.Job DescriptionWithin the Group HR team, in a very international and growth context, you will contribute to the implementation of a wide range of activities together with the Talent Director, and will have direct responsibility for several programs, processes and projects. You will be in contact with the worldwide HR community, support functions and business leaders.Your main missions will be to:Lead Group onboarding, performance management, internal mobility and 360 feedback programsCoordinate the implementation of Talent Reviews with Regions and business lines, consolidate key data and prepare the Group Talent ReviewContribute to managing Group leadership programs and initiatives for high potentials developmentManage projects to simplify and digitize Talent processesPromote Coface employer brand and job opportunities, both internally and externally, in close cooperation with the Group Communications teamDesign and deploy digital training modules and webinars relating to Talent programsPerform analyses on various Talent related data to monitor the impact of our initiativesPrepare and deliver presentations to the HR community and to top managementQualifications5-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with focus on Talent Development, preferably in an operational entityProject management experience, on an international scaleExperience in employer branding and talent acquisition is a plusUse of digital HR tools (recruitment, training ...) and social networksSelf-starter, hands-on and can do attitudeExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAnalytical, rigorous and structuredFluent in English, French is a plusAdditional InformationWE OFFER YOU: Opportunity to build your career (both locally and internationally) in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its fieldPossibility to gain expertise in business information services, trade credit insurance, and financeFlexibility to work in a hybrid mode, blending remote and on-site work #J-18808-Ljbffr
