About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Solar Asset Manager to join our Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the supervision of solar systems located in France and supporting the entire network managed by EU Solar RME.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the EU Solar RME team to ensure safe and optimum performance of the solar systems.
- Align the region with new operation and maintenance processes for solar systems, proposing improvements to existing processes.
- Provide guidance and solutions to improve solar systems safety and performance, proposing and executing pilots.
- Ensure the RME local team receives maximum benefit from solar systems and is fully informed of any activity related to the solar system.
- Manage incidents, lead Root Cause Analysis, capture lessons, and share with the EU Solar RME team.
