By leveraging insurers' historical health claims data and applying advanced Machine Learning techniques and Generative AI, Qantev predicts patient journeys, optimizes healthcare outcomes and streamlines healthcare payers operations.Founded in 2018 and backed by top investors and industry leaders, Qantev has over 60 talented and diverse professionals based in Paris and Hong Kong, serving clients across Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.If you are passionate about technology and the insurance industry, join Qantev and be a part of revolutionizing the insurance claims landscape with AI-driven solutions!We are currently looking for our Paris office, a Senior Project Manager (Spanish Speaker) H/F (CDI)Job DescriptionWhat you will do Project Management Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timeline, deliverables and resource requirements.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.Manage, develop and facilitate outcome driven client workshops to understand their processes, propose innovative tailored solutionsLead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration amongst members.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards based on client requirements.Design bespoke business strategies to solve large corporate challenges using AI solutionsProvide guidance to specific clients’ business transformation initiatives and requirements to enable their adoption of Qantev’s AI driven solutionsReporting & DocumentationTrack project progress and performance, adjusting the delivery plans as applicable, with a robust change control management.Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and resolutions proposals.Have a keen eye for high quality clear & comprehensive corporate presentations, you need to strive for excellenceStakeholder ManagementManage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them.Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.Contribute in different stages of the project lifecycle (project methodology, SoW, business case development, etc.).Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and executionCollaborate with the Sales team identifying opportunities for cross-selling, scoping clients’ needs and increasing market understandingThink critically about the project management practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvementPreferred ExperienceWho you are To succeed in this role, you bring over 7 years of experience in a top consultancy firm with demonstrable project management experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment (scale-ups). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.Experience in project management and/or implementation of data, IT and/or SaaS projectsFluency in English and Spanish is a must.Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executivesAbility to work autonomously and take proactive ownership of complex implementation projectsKnowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.PRINCE2, Change Management Practitioner certifications (APMG International)Proficiency in French is a plus.Recruitment ProcessScreening interview (30min)Round 1: Interview with Senior Project Manager (1hr)Round 2: Interview with the Head of Delivery (1hr) #J-18808-Ljbffr
