We operate on 5 continents and support more than 40 clients in building innovative financial services.As our Content & Media Manager, you will join the Marketing team reporting directly to Whitney, our VP Marketing. You will have the opportunity to steer our content strategy while playing a hands-on role developing high-quality content that drives engagement across all channels.You will be responsible for shaping and executing a robust content strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and business goals, directly impacting how we communicate with prospects, customers, and partners at every stage of their journey.Responsibilities:Own the content strategy and its execution across all channels.Produce compelling blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and other content that resonate with prospects, customers, and partners, maintaining the brand’s tone of voice throughout.Create insightful and informative content that is SEO-optimized and is in line with industry best practices.Work closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand key customer challenges in order to develop meaningful, engaging content.Align with external resources as needed to produce high-quality, creative deliverables.Source, activate, and nurture media partnerships in our key regions.Desired Profile:Deep understanding of, and ideally experience in, banking and financial services.Proven experience in journalism, communications, and/or media (minimum of 4 or 5 years experience).Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive spirit of excellence.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.If you are excited to gain hands-on experience in brand & content coordination and join a team that is transforming the future of banking, we'd love to hear from you!
