You support our Producers with the management of products development from concept until release date to help us to continue to increase the success of this IP (7 million units sold to date). You help to keep a constant contact with development teams, internal functional teams and publisher representatives. You also address concerns in a timely manner, as well as maintaining all project-related documents and schedules. You will be able to take the leadership of some part of the game’s production and/or the collaboration with some internal teams under the supervision of a Producer. Your main responsibilities include: Support to drive the project in collaboration with the development teams Support to drive the project in collaboration with Bandai Namco internal teams (Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, Printed Materials, Operations, etc.) and Bandai Namco other entities Support to drive the creation and maintenance of detailed schedule in collaboration with all teams involved on the project Support the milestone review and approval process Provide a qualitive support to the Producers by reviewing the game on multiple platforms, make comparative playthroughs and liaise with QA Support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project Support the financial tracking of the project Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure that project tasks are completed on time Support to identify risks and the impact on projects and keep scope of the project in line with budget and schedule Support to identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and quality Co-ordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR and rating agencies Support the evaluation and assess the project quality during early development stages with the game evaluation team and make recommendations to the development team Provide a technical support to Marketing, liaise with studios for Marketing builds, provide feedback on Marketing assets such as trailers, etc Support Marketing, Event Management, and PR for events such as E3, Gamescom, etc Support to display the games to marketing and sales team, press, etc. Profil: Knowledge and skills: Good organizational, problem solving and project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adequate knowledge of the various technologies used in the video games development (3D environment, etc.) Good knowledge of product development and production cycle Good knowledge of consoles, video games genres and their market Strong project management practices and software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent English communication skills and ability to make presentations Experience and qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing, throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline required Personality traits: Good analyzing and summarizing capacity in order to identify and simply describe an issue Analytical and pragmatism capacities to ensure all tasks are duly completed Strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged Adaptation and flexibility to accommodate workload changes throughout the year Calm under pressure Very strong team spirit Curious and open-minded Adequate communication and reporting skills Autres informations: Sounds interesting?
