The role includes projects and team management, interaction with clients, partners, and program stakeholders with exposure to senior decision-makers in the ecosystem, both in industry and government.If this sounds like you, then read on!We offerGrowth opportunities in a dynamic team with an outstanding network of sector experts.Direct project interaction and mentoring by our partners who have extensive backgrounds in international management consulting.Work in the most inspiring of industries, space and its application domains.Development of your management consultancy skill set.International work environment and client base.Primary role and responsibilitiesBusiness development through participation in international events, customer interactions, and the development and negotiation of proposals.End-to-end project leadership, including for our management consulting mandates and market intelligence reports and databanks.Team leadership and mentoring of members of our Management Consulting team.Desired skills & experienceAdvanced consulting skill-set: problem-solving skills, quantitative and qualitative analytics, advanced writing skills, and presentation skills.Fast learner, flexible, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and yet to work effectively and nicely in a team.Experience or background in the space industry.Previous experience in international management consultancy (or in a strategy unit) and team leadership.Strong academic background.Fully fluent in English and French.EU citizen or permanent EU residence/work permit.Flexibility for occasional international travel.Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.Any of the following would be a plusEngineering or business academic background.Working knowledge in additional languages.Working experience with government (civil and/or defense).Experience in security or defense matters.Experience in working for government agencies.Other work experience, e.g., in market research and economic analysis.About NovaspaceNovaspace is the global leading consulting firm in the space sector.
