We are bold, energetic, and collaborative and looking for ambitious talent to join us! Your role We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work directly with our founders and be actively involved in the company's most important strategic initiatives. This unique role will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment while working and partnering with all functions of the business. Be an entrepreneurial generalist and be ready to jump to the biggest business needs Lead transversal strategic projects Act as a strategic advisor to the founders and sounding board for new ideas/initiatives Own company reporting (Product, Marketing, Sales and Financial KPIs) and Board Meetings agenda Fill in temporary gaps in the organisational chart Partner with cross-functional teams to understand needs and pain points related to workflows, reporting and internal tools. Identify inefficiencies and lead effective change of new ways to work that our teams can quickly adopt. You can expect to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for ambitious profiles looking for high exposure and to have fun! We’re looking for someone with: Experience in ecommerce, consulting or SaaS B2B companies Experience solving ambiguous problems Exceptionally clear communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills An analytical and builder mindset that craves solving complex business challenges Deep curiosity and understanding of business processes, goals, and software to be able to recommend actionable solutions Strong listening and comprehension skills to be able to seamlessly turn complexity into a simple roadmap for success Interest in eCommerce and DTC Brands Fluent in both French and English In business or engineering tier 1 schools Experience with querying languages like SQL, programming languages like Python or data viz tools like Retool is a plus.
