Project Manager Team Leader F/M
Are you excited for your new career adventure? We are looking for a Project Manager Team Leader to join our Group Operations team based in Marly (59), France.

YOUR MISSIONS:
Project Planning and Management
Define Project Goals and Objectives: Establish clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables that align with business strategy, Sponsor and Project Leader vision.
Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation with the Resource Planner and milestones.
Monitor Project Progress and change requests: Track the progress of projects against the plan, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and Motivate Team Members: Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure successful project completion.
Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Financial and Risk Management
Manage Project Budgets: Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within allocated limits.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
Report Project Status: Generate and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
Ensure Quality Control and ensure compliance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards. Ensure that all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future projects.
Implement PMO-Driven Best Practices: Ensure that all team members adopt and apply best practices defined by the company.
Standardize Feedback Loops: Establish standardized feedback loops, ensuring that insights and suggestions are systematically captured and used to refine project management processes and methodologies.
YOUR PROFILE:
University degree in business or IT
Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in managing projects or products, demonstrating the ability to lead teams to successful outcomes.
Ability to provide training, mentorship, and support to team members
Good skills in monitoring adherence to standardized processes and providing guidance
Expertise in developing and tracking key performance metrics
Change Management Skills
Risk Management Skills
Strong leadership abilities to inspire, guide, and motivate team members
Fluent in English
