Business analyst in telecommunications sector, France

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector to support a complex project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the ability to establish strong professional relationships with customers. This role demands exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Analyze and document business requirements within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals. Organize and run workshops with the client to lead the Discovery & Design Phases, understanding client operations, processes, and systems. Articulate the right questions to extract business and technical requirements, gathering, understanding, structuring, and analyzing business needs. Define project scope and identify risks. Determine potential solutions for both technical and business compatibility. Write detailed functional specifications (FSDs), use cases, and user stories, including designs and diagrams, to transform business needs into actionable requirements for the development team. Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to design and deploy robust eCommerce solutions across omni-channel platforms. Validate implementation against requirements to ensure that customer needs match the solution. Maintain continuous updates to the FSDs to document changes in scope. Contribute to ongoing process and methodology improvements. Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the e-commerce and telecommunications industries. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously.
