The sales consultant is the most important role in the sales area and the quality of the relationship with the customer. He contributes to a customer experience consistent with the positioning of the Store, develops loyalty and the customer relationship while ensuring sales and productivity objectives. Main Missions: The Sale Advise customers in the selection and purchase of products. Treat all products, regardless of value, with care and present them to the customer with the highest level of respect. Complete the customer transaction in a professional manner. Provide the customer the necessary information. Provide the Sale Ceremony of La Samaritaine. The Customer Experience Be the first Ambassador of the Store and provide the customer with a unique experience. Understand the customer's needs and meet their expectations. Provide a warm, personalized and customer-oriented welcoming. Respond to customer requests and complaints with courtesy and politeness. Guide the customer in the Store according to his needs (products and services). Teamwork Work as a team to achieve sales and service goals. Help each other and go to the customer throughout the store to avoid waiting and promote the customer experience. Other Assignments Prepare stocks for inventories and help to carry them out. Apply Store procedures and rules. Stay up to date on product knowledge. Profile: You wish to evolve in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and French are essential. Another spoken language is a plus. Job-Related Constraints: Work on Saturday. Standing position. Planning with rotating schedules.
