We are looking for a team leader to help and manage our Customer Success Team (Outbound) in France. Your responsibilities: Strengthen relationships with our customers and generate business opportunities by showing the value of products and services Booksy offers. Manage escalations; troubleshoot problems, work closely with senior management and provide regular reports and summaries. Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods and tools in a timely manner. Multitask and manage a high volume of tasks and cases. Identify, develop and recognize opportunities to improve processes and efficiently manage workflow; adapt activities to changing market needs and a growing customer base. Maintain records of interactions, queries and concerns in CRM (Salesforce). Coach, manage and mentor a team of support agents; leading meetings, performing 1:1s, listening to and giving feedback, guiding the team to achieve objectives. Review, create and analyze reports to improve team performance and propose improvement initiatives. Calculate team bonuses and meet deadlines. Conduct performance appraisals and monitor results for the whole team in charge. Evaluate and make decisions for the team under the supervision of the Manager. Participate in training sessions for new recruits. Attend assigned meetings and training sessions. Participate in selection processes for your team or others when necessary. Supervise team expenses when necessary. Represent the company at trade shows or trade events to attract current and potential Booksy customers. Participate in ad hoc projects, with other teams or markets. Who you are: Experience managing Customer Success teams or similar. Excellent French & English skills and desire to work within an international team. Experience B2B SAAS/marketplace is a major plus. A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
