Job Title: Graduate Account Manager

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Account Manager to join our team. As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing business strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication and providing exceptional customer service.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to generate digital revenue and drive business growth.
• Customer Support: Provide expert support to customers on market and platform information.
• Analytical Mindset: Analyze campaign performance data to identify issues and implement solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Legal right to work in France.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business-related studies.
• Fluent French and English language skills.
• Flexibility and geographical mobility.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
