Our technology and data-driven approach are key to helping these agencies succeed, and Salesforce is at the heart of our operations.We are now looking for a Salesforce Admin Apprentice to join our B2B Marketing & Sales Operations team and contribute to managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform.Your Role as a Salesforce Admin ApprenticeYou'll have the opportunity to develop your Salesforce administration skills in a dynamic, international environment; while gaining hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and improving the Salesforce platform to support our internal teams and external partners.Working closely with Cristina, our Salesforce Administrator, and the Sales Ops team, you'll contribute to ensuring the smooth functioning of our Salesforce ecosystem:Assist in the configuration and customization of the platform, including managing user accounts, profiles, roles, workflows, and permissions.Help with data management tasks, such as data import/export, deduplication, and clean-up activities to maintain data integrity.Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems affecting users.Learn to set up and optimize automation tools within Salesforce, such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows, to enhance productivity.Assist in creating and managing automated workflows and approval processes to streamline business operations.User Support: provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping them utilize Salesforce more effectively.Assist in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to the sales, account management, and marketing teams.Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and help customize Salesforce to meet those needs.Work closely with the Sales Operations, B2B Marketing, and Product teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively supporting our business processes.Collaborate on various projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce platform, such as system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integration with other tools.Preferred ExperienceYou have:Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.A strong interest in Salesforce and its administration. Any previous experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.A basic understanding of CRM systems and the ability to grasp technical concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.You're (almost) fluent in both French and English to connect daily with our 15 nationalities.You are:Eager to learn about Salesforce administration and develop technical skills in this area.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.A team player with good communication skills, ready to support and assist various teams.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionWe want to fully embrace diversity and we’re doing our best to create a safe and inclusive environment.
