ENTER THE GAME Betclic is seeking a UX Writer to join our dynamic and innovative team, working under the supervision of the CX Content Manager. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products through clear and compelling written content and structure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, product owners, and developers, to ensure that our user interfaces effectively communicate our brand's values and provide an exceptional user experience. YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC In this context, your missions are as follows: UX Writing & Microcopy: Develop and execute a UX strategy for Betclic's digital products by following internal Product Design processes. Generate clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for digital interfaces and ensure successful content production. User-Centric Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, designers, and researchers to grasp user needs, pain points, and behaviors and ensure consistent messaging across various touchpoints. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate within cross-functional teams, offering support in gathering requirements, working on research efforts, and producing content that meets project goals and deadlines. Content Review and Editing: Engage in content review sessions, learning from feedback and contributing to the refinement of UX writing deliverables. Work closely with senior team members to understand and implement improvements based on established guidelines. Style Guide Development: Apply Betclic's tone and voice guidelines under the guidance of senior UX team members to maintain consistency. Familiarize yourself with the UX Style Guide and contribute to its evolution and maintenance. Benchmarking & Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX writing. Localization Efforts: Help create and maintain UX localization efforts in our different markets and countries by collaborating with local writers and translators. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're looking for colleagues with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession! This job is for you if: You have at least one professional experience as a UX Writer, Technical Writer, Content Designer or Content Strategist within a tech company. You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. You can adapt writing style for different contexts and platforms while maintaining brand consistency. You have a user-centric mindset and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You have strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and developers. You have an appetite for user research and know how to conduct product content-related research and testing. You have knowledge of UX/UI and Product Design principles. You have technical aptitude and you're comfortable working with content management systems, design tools, and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Dovetail, Airtable, Phrase, etc. You have strong leadership skills that allow you to build a UX Writing team and manage it effectively. You're able to set up a process and collaborate effectively with localization managers in other countries to adapt product content. You're fluent in Portuguese and ideally in French & English. An experience (or interest) in gaming and/or sports is a plus! WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Audrey or Pierre within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes). We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning). You will then meet Anais your future manager (followed by Thomas – Chief Experience Officer). Finally, Audrey or Pierre will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together. To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? 25 paid vacation days and 10 "RTT" days.
