The GRAITEC Group Digital Director plays a pivotal role within the organization by overseeing and managing its comprehensive digital strategy and initiatives, particularly in the context of B2B (Business-to-Business) operations.

As a software company, this position is integral to not only ensuring that GRAITEC remains competitive and relevant in an increasingly digital world but also to strategically promoting our proprietary software solutions. The Digital Director is responsible for driving digital transformation, optimizing digital channels, and enhancing customer engagement, streamlining operations, and boosting the visibility and adoption of GRAITEC’s software products across the market. This role requires a deep understanding of both the software industry and the unique demands of B2B environments, ensuring that our digital efforts align with business goals and customer needs.

The GRAITEC group Digital Director also focuses on leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions that drive business growth. The Digital Director ensures that the organization's digital presence, from websites to social media (Youtube) and online marketing campaigns, is aligned with the overall business objectives and meets the unique demands of B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities/Role of a Digital Director

  1. Strategic Leadership: Guide the digital transformation efforts across the organization, ensuring the integration of digital tools, platforms, and processes.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage digital teams, including web designers, content creators, and digital media specialists. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and at the country level with local marketing teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across different markets.
  3. Digital Marketing Initiatives: Manage and coordinate all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  4. Implementation of 360° Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns that integrate all digital channels for a cohesive and comprehensive brand presence.
  5. Collaboration with Countries and Commercial Divisions: Work closely with international teams and commercial divisions to adapt and implement global digital marketing strategies locally.
  6. Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, overseeing their performance and ensuring that they meet defined KPIs.
  7. Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
  8. Website Improvement & User Experience (UX): Create global digital campaigns across all our sites, involving the creation of digital content. Optimize the digital customer journey.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the digital budget at the corporate level and collaborate with countries in Europe and Namer.
  10. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate digital strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all digital activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, particularly concerning data privacy and security.

Required Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to craft and oversee 360° digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategies to optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently.

Required Skills, abilities & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory high-level English proficiency
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital strategy.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
