Role

• Supporting the company’s M&A strategy requiring quick adaptation to an international and fast-changing environment
• Assisting with special corporate and venture projects
• Structuring and implementing employee incentive mechanisms
• Working on Corporate Governance issues
• Handling various corporate law issues in all jurisdictions where we operate, covering a very broad range of time zones
• Handling the setting-up and support of gaming studios worldwide as well as assisting their day-to-day operations
• Managing relationships with external counsels and internal teams
• Contributing to the growth strategy of the group companies and the reliability of the daily corporate life of the group
• Being part of a dynamic team involved in strategic and impactful projects

Profile

• Three to five years of professional experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor, and rigorous
• Ability to provide concise, commercially driven legal advice
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and transactional practices
• Fluency in English and French required for communication and legal drafting
• Personality traits: Good sense of humor, positive energy, strong team spirit, and a constant pursuit of excellence
