Workforce Place Planning Business Partner Teamworx are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Place Planning Business Partner to join our clients fast-paced food business located in Co. Cavan.  In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing and optimizing your workforce, ensuring efficient staffing levels and talent management practices. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, operations, and management teams, to align workforce planning strategies with business goals and drive operational excellence. (Please note we will consider candidates coming from a high volume Retail environment who are interested in moving into a HR Role) Responsibilities: Develop and execute workforce place planning strategies that align with the business objectives and support growth plans. Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and management teams to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies. Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis to identify talent gaps, turnover trends, and skills requirements. Partner with HR and management to implement effective talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Monitor and forecast workforce demand and supply, taking into consideration seasonal variations and business fluctuations. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative workforce planning solutions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce planning and recommend appropriate actions to address gaps or areas of concern. Provide guidance and support to line managers on workforce planning matters, including organizational structure, succession planning, and career development. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant certifications or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (4+ years) in a Management or HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing, production or retail environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
