Hear from our employees how they shape the work we do here.We're seeking a dynamic Affiliate Business Developer for our Consumer Sales team. In this role, you'll drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing our product benefits, and building strong partnerships.The mission Actively recruit new affiliates to expand Ledger's reach and influence within the digital assets and Web3 space. Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with Ledger's vision. Execute cold outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities for business development. Clearly communicate and onboard new affiliates with Ledger's vision for self-custody solutions. Collaborate with internal teams across local markets, marketing, technology, and product development to maximize business impact and drive growth. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on the success of the affiliate program. Conduct regular market research to identify potential new markets and target audiences for affiliate partnerships. Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, understanding how they may impact our affiliate program. What we're looking for A candidate with a strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth (at least 4 years experience) While direct experience in affiliate marketing is not essential, a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies is critical. Ability to design and conduct effective outreach campaigns that resonate with potential affiliates and partners. A sales-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and fostering long-term business relationships. Analytical skills to assess market trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies accordingly. Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
