Workday Regional Expert - France

Keylime Consultants are working on a unique and interesting opportunity for a Workday Expert to join an international Client and drive HR Processes and Workday optimisation in France. Previous Workday experience is a strong plus for this role, but candidates looking to cross-train from other technologies are also encouraged to apply, as training is provided. This is a permanent role, hybrid in central Paris and offering up to around €60,000 + 10% bonus and benefits. As the new Workday Expert, you will join a dedicated team and support the enhancement and optimisation of Workday across the business, acting as the bridge between the French HR Department and the technical Workday team. Reporting into the Senior Workday Project Manager and part of a wider Workday Project team, you will closely work with HR stakeholders at all levels within the business, to analyse existing processes, collect business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, support the implementation of new Workday functionalities and provide user training when needed. You will promote Workday best practices, proactively suggesting solutions that are tailored to the country’s specific needs and proposing ideas for better system adoption and a generally enhanced HR technology landscape. Workday Regional Expert – France – Requirements: Exceptional knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and good understanding of French labour regulations Technical knowledge of Workday or similar HR Technologies Prior experience in a similar role, working as the HR Technology expert within a French HR Department, providing user training, gathering requirements and improving processes Previous experience of supporting the harmonisation and scalability of HR business processes within a global environment A tech-savvy individual, with a keen interest in HR Technology and the desire to stay up to date with the latest innovations Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and French Candidates must be based within commutable distance to central Paris and willing to travel to the office at least twice a week This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Specialist, Project Manager and/or Workday enthusiast looking to join a growing business and play a key role in the efficiency and success of their HR department.
