This position is funded by the ANR T-ERC and aims to uncover the transcriptional mechanisms that regulate the reemergence of pluripotency programs and cranial neural crest cell (CNCC) reprogramming during development.Post-Doctoral Position in Cell Plasticity and ReprogrammingDesignation:Post-Doctoral ResearcherResearch Area: Cell Plasticity, Reprogramming, Cranial Neural Crest Cells (CNCC), Single-Cell Multi-Omics, Embryonic Stem Cell Differentiation Eligibility/Qualification:Candidates must possess the following qualifications:A Ph.D. in a relevant field, with substantial knowledge of neural crest development and/or embryonic stem cell differentiation protocols.Experience in sequencing methods or data analysis is highly desirable.A strong interest in developmental biology, transcriptional regulation, and pluripotency programs.Job Description:The post-doctoral researcher will:Conduct studies combining single-cell multi-omics screens and functional in vitro assays to identify transcription factors and signaling pathways controlling CNCC reprogramming.Determine the levels and timing of Oct4 reexpression necessary for CNCC reprogramming using established in vitro differentiation protocols.Work within a multidisciplinary biomedical research center that offers state-of-the-art facilities, technical support, and conceptual expertise to support the successful completion of the project.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit the following documents:A cover letter detailing their research interests and qualifications.Two letters of recommendation.Please send the application materials to [email protected] Date for Apply:The position will remain open until filled. #J-18808-Ljbffr
