Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop Easy Living and Mobile Device - Digital Risk (MDDR) worldwide, and aim to develop and structure a Network model providing peace of mind to our clients and B-partners along the entire assistance journey, enriching our value proposition.Your role will be to develop and strengthen provider network, being always to provide expected services to end customers, as best price and quality for your respective area.As part of your role, you will be in contact with Allianz Partners Business units to implement strategic initiative, and design vision and strategy in line with development plans.You will report to the head of network, and will be supported on a daily basis with the central expert matter team.Key responsibilitiesResponsible for Easy Living and MDDR markets in Germany, and supporting local team in DACH region (Switzerland and Austria).Identify market trends and support LoB strategy.Support implementation and follow-up of LoBs strategy.Identify and lead cost competitiveness initiatives.Track and report savings in DACH markets.Screen and identify main suppliers in your areas, support sourcing, contracting and implementation.Perform Quarterly Business Review with your top network performance dashboards.Constant strategic and operational development of the service provider network according to current process requirements or requirements from new insurance products.Negotiation of framework agreements and securement of contractual procurement conditions.Supporting the requirements of the stakeholders such as internal departments in purchasing related projects as well as purchasing related issues.What you bringNetwork Management Expertise: A strong understanding of network management principles, including the ability to oversee and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with assistance suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and driving continuous improvement in the delivery of assistance services.Contract Management: Proficiency in negotiating and managing contracts with assistance suppliers, including defining service scope, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with assistance technologies and platforms, such as telecommunication systems, contact center solutions, and customer support tools.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to assistance services, such as GDPR, data privacy, and customer service best practices.Project Management: Experience in planning and executing assistance network-related projects, including system upgrades, expansions, and integrations.Stakeholder Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, assistance suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.Leadership and Team Development: The capability to lead and develop a team responsible for managing the assistance supplier network, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.What we offerOur employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
