The role can be located in our main hubs, as long as you are able to travel and coordinate activities ! Tasks Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive global business development plans in alignment with the vision set by the Global Health Business Leader. Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue untapped business opportunities within the human and pet health segments, ensuring thorough follow-up and execution. Team Engagement and Training: Provide leadership and support to our Business Development team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive success. Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and expand our global reach within the industry. Network Expansion: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts within Symrise and beyond, leveraging relationships to drive collaboration and growth. Market Testing: Coordinate market tests with key accounts to validate market interest and inform decision-making processes. Requirements What about you? Applicants should have a proven track record of success in roles related to sales, marketing, or business development. Strong scientific and technical knowledge of health active ingredients and their applications is essential. The ideal candidate will possess insight into emerging trends and opportunities within the health and wellness landscape. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong internal relationships is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a willingness to travel as needed to engage with regional teams, partners, and customers (50%).
