Sales Manager (Hospitality Background)

What is a Sales Manager in HRS?

You will be joining our growing global sales team presenting the HRS wide portfolio of products to hospitality related companies across the north or south of France. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, goal driven, and passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is essential. This should include time spent in at least one of the following positions:

• Experienced user of:

Opera, Suite 8 and/or Micros POS systems

• Possess a driving license
• Ability to travel nationally
• Business results oriented
• Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Show a professional work ethic together with a sense of responsibility
• Display excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills
• Show a drive and passion for improving sales
• Maintain a hunger to learn and succeed
• Be able to open doors and close deals What will you be doing?
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, participation in exhibitions, events, and social media
• Setting up online and in person meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining a competitive edge
• Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy
• Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets
• Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS
• Organise sales and marketing events for customers
• Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customer facing

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in French
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
