As a Lead Product Designer you'll
NB :
This position does not include any managerial responsibilities
- Cooperate with the Product Design Team Lead to relay a 360° vision of Product Design and the transversal dimensions of Design within the multiple Product initiatives
- Ensure the quality of designed solutions in terms of path performance and interface quality, while respecting Product Team processes, business, technical and user requirements
- Support and manage complex projects with overlapping organizational lines
- Work in tandem with Product Managers on the Discovery part of Product initiatives (from understanding needs to producing design mock-ups and monitoring delivery compliance):
- Identify and define exploratory research issues in line with product strategy and in collaboration with product managers (write usage studies and report on tests, etc.)
- Contribute to strategic discussions on product design, providing quantitative and qualitative insights from UX (User Experience) research
- Ensure perfect, methodical control of deliverables in line with our Definition "of Ready/ Done" and the Design System in place
- Cooperate with other designers, product managers and developers, in compliance with processes, design system standards and technical constraints;
- To be a driving force behind continuous improvement of the Bedrock product, and to suggest potential new initiatives to be explored: Analysis of user issues and needs, co-design of potential solutions, follow-up of realizations, measurement of user impact (consumer and business)
- Contribute to improving our practices and sharing knowledge
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Expertise in B2B2C SAAS design witha minimum of 8 years of experience in the same field
- Expertise in discovery processes (Design Thinking, Focused, Design Sprint, lean startup, etc.)
- Workshop facilitation (internal and customer)
- User research and data design (surveys, interviews, tests, analytics...)
- Figma expertise: speed of execution, scalability, complete Design System
- Mastery of UX specifics for different screens (iOS, Android, TVOS, Android TV, Smart TV)
- Mastery of accessibility constraints - AA level standard
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required
