Missions Rattaché à la Directrice de l’établissement, en relation avec la Direction des Opérations et dans un souci constant du respect des délais et de la qualité de nos services, vos missions principales consistent à :• Piloter et coordonner l’ensemble des services d’exploitation de l’établissement, depuis la prise des commandes jusqu’à la livraison des produits pharmaceutiques.  • Définir les moyens (humains et matériels) en fonction des prévisions d’activité.• Animer et organiser les équipes.• Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs d’exploitation.• Mettre en place les plans d’actions adéquats.• Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du Directeur dans le domaine de l’exploitation et de la logistique.• Participer activement à la préparation du budget. Profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur en logistique (Ingénieur ou ESC avec spécialisation en logistique ou supply chain).Votre expérience significative dans une fonction similaire, dans un environnement logistique ou industriel(Prestataire logistique…), vous a conduit à encadrer et organiser l’activité d’un entrepôt d’au moins 70 personnes, dans un environnement qualité certifié ISO 9000 et dans le respect des normes HSE.Vous êtes familiarisé avec le lean management, les solutions WMS, vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique (pack office).Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie et vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation.Votre sens de l’analyse et de l’organisation, votre capacité à fédérer les équipes vous permettront de réussir dans cette fonction.Nous rejoindre c'est s'engager au service de la santé !#AllianceHealthcare What your background should look like  What Cencora offers We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
