Talent Acquisition Lead - Paris

Job Summary

As a part of the HR Transformation journey at SCOR, we are building a robust Talent Acquisition center of expertise.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you work as part of a larger global talent acquisition team and actively contribute to the definition, development, execution, and deployment of the Talent Acquisition Target Operating Model.

As an HR builder of the workforce of the future and the enabler of moments that matter, you:

1. Play a crucial role in attracting and delivering high-performance hires to the business and participate in creating a talent pipeline for global talent acquisition needs initiatives.
2. Are the single point of contact for HR BPs and Managers on all matters concerning Talent Acquisition activity.
3. Manage the full cycle recruitment process, serve as the subject matter expert, and become the go-to person on all matters of talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies while maintaining high standards of candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
4. Participate in driving different department initiatives/projects assigned to you.
5. Manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to the area.
