Collaborate with teammates to implement new features and help improve our products across the world. Ready to get started?Main responsibilities:Technical and people leadership and guidance for software engineering teamsDeveloping high performance, highly available & scalable applications with a micro-services architecture and an understanding of observabilityAdd to our existing services or roll out a new service to support this feature.Identify and help troubleshoot an issue affecting users in one of our many regions in the world.Participate in defining new product requirements and design together with the product team.About youExperience:Experience leading a group of developers, evaluating performance, and providing objective and actionable feedbackExperience in scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocityPractice in performing sustainable incident response and blameless postmortemsExperience working with both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional, interdisciplinary environmentExperience in the healthcare industry is a strong plusSoft skills:Must be a passionate communicator, willing to challenge and enhance ideas while preserving relationshipsPersonal ownership of tasks and tenacious approach to finding and fixing the root cause of issuesTechnical skills:We have a diverse stack and if you are willing to work with a microservices approach, we are open-minded about your technology preferences.
