The Ticketing Contract Management entity develops reservation products for airlines and travel agents, related to passengers bookings and electronic tickets. Our main products focus on orchestrating contracts between airlines, travel agencies and the passengers - administering 2.5 million tickets and 700 million USD every day. The general event driven platform we are accountable for includes : The issuance of electronic documents from a passenger booking across all Amadeus channels and products; The management of aftersales orchestration (refund, cancellation, exchange...); The administration of pricing offers and commission; The interface with airlines and travel agencies travel accounting. Purpose We are evolving to an agile environment, that includes both delivery (in SCRUM) and maintenance (in KANBAN) teams, in order to better focus on customer centricity, interoperability and built-in quality, while thriving on fast-tracking innovation. The usual projects include major airlines implementations (lately Air Canada, Southwest, Japan Airlines...), major Travel Distribution programs and product evolutions (NDCX, Ticketing projects) as well as more technical programs and projects (Curiosity, SSI). We are also highly involved in collaborating with the future platform vision of Amadeus (Creation Platform, Travel Platform and NEVIO) Our main challenges lie with the evolutions of the latest industry trends (such as NDC, OneOrder, Airline Retailing transformation...), and the current functional and technical strategy (Cloud migration, TRD and Airline projects and services), while ensuring reliable and foolproof products to our customers. Your Main Responsibilities Common accountabilities:Proficient in functional knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists. Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate complex information.Acts as a RES/TCM functional ambassador internally and externally (high exposure and involvement into enterprise level solution design like for NDCX, NEVIO)Demonstrates a strong business acumen and appetite/curiosity for end to end solution design minimizing miss gaps through holistic design thinking and collaborative approachWorks with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. Leads projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.Specific accountabilities:Analyze and capture solution elements for large cross functional CPs, and other complex cross-organization, cross-functional solutionsRespond to the needs of the Central and/or Regional commercial organization in close collaboration with all Product Definition and Development teams of the divisionIdentify areas of repeat/common use and optimize the work of the department by documenting coherent, re-usable solution responsesBe accountable for providing information status to stakeholders on a regular and relevant basis at any stage of the engagementRegister and spot all the impacts on Amadeus Solutions and Products that are provided to clients and ensure that they are properly handled and solved by the accurate teamsProvide support and expertise to Product, Sales and Account teams in functional, technical recommendation for new solution including:Contribute and support in the preparation of RFI/P responses and other ad hoc customer requests. Support to sales / pre-sales efforts via customers’ needs understanding, gaps identification and product design proposition. Specific Merchandising pre-sales activities will be handled by the Solution Definition Manager.Provide recommendation for new solution in collaboration with R&D teams and coordinate inputAnalyze needs and requirements, from customer and internal sources, and propose functional/technical solution recommendations with supporting rationaleDocument and present solution recommendationsSupport new business opportunity study when it comes to complex solutionSuggest/propose ways to improve customer satisfactionDevelop, Maintain and share solution analysis and expertise with the wider divisionDefine and execute the communication/training strategy within the teamBuild and deliver Training material: tutorials, user guide, videos for internal team trainingDefine, develop and implement communication between commercial organization and R&D organization on complex solution or escalation.Track and Measure the performance of the overall functional/technical solution determination processes and propose and implement improvements What we can offer you Be rewarded with a competitive remuneration, an individual and company bonusand enjoy many benefits. Work from anywhere: Flexible teleworking from 1 to 3 days per week.
