Job Purpose Develops and ensures implementation of Operation Execution Plan on a given project, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures. Job Description What you will be responsible for: Reviews Offshore Works related operational procedures. Supports Project Operation Manager on operational procedures development within Project Execution Plan. Issues PO requisitions linked to Installation support. Checks material supply cycle adequacy with project schedule and budget constraints. Coordinates interfaces with Engineering Department. Ensures interface with OOS as point of contact. Follows up on asset preparation in connection with OOS point of contact. Assesses tests/documentation consistency with Client’s specifications. Ensures effective communication between OOS team and Project. Coordinates and optimizes mobilization & demobilization (construction, transport). Prepares, together with Project Operation Manager, Readiness Review before starting Marine Operations. Collects and prepares documentation for the “as built” dossier on the project. Attends HAZID and RA meetings and properly cascades information. Attends Engineering Review meetings and properly cascades information. Prepares documentation for Suppliers and Subcontractors selection. Attends meetings with Suppliers and Subcontractors in order to ensure their adequacy with Operational project needs. You are meant for this job if: University degree in engineering. At least 3 years of experience in Subsea Engineering. Possibly professional registration by Engineers institution, depending on local regulation. Solid knowledge on Techniques and Assets in Offshore Installation. Solid knowledge on issues and interfaces linked to Vessel mobilization. Knowledge of discipline tools and procedures. Fluency in professional English. Good interpersonal skills.
