Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager with a background in Transaction Services and Auditing, completed by a successful experience in the financial department of a SME, to join one of our future Portfolio companies. This role is critical to our organization's financial operations and strategy, and we are looking for a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the financial transactions and auditing processes of the company to ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations related to financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth.Develop and implement internal audit strategies to mitigate financial risk.Lead due diligence processes related to mergers and acquisitions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and ensure their alignment with overall company objectives.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board of directors, and key stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's financial operations stay compliant.Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or a professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.At least 8 years of experience in finance, that can be split between transaction services / audit and the financial department of a SME.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in using financial software and databases.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
