Develop innovative strategies to help employees excel in their careers. Oversee Learning & Development programs aligned with our mission and objectives. Manage the Learning & Development budget with a focus on efficiency and impact. Organizational Design: Manage workforce planning and align our structure with long-term strategies. Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analyses to plan for future needs. Learning & Development: Identify future competencies and design development paths. Promote a performance-driven culture aligned with our mission. Create and execute talent development programs to foster professional growth. Consult with leaders to assess and enhance management skills. Design a world-class training program that supports rapid growth and diverse learning styles. Collaborate with People Success Partners and business units to develop creative learning programs aligned with business needs. Promote a continuous learning organization through internal reskilling programs Manage the Learning & Development budget with a cost efficiency and impact driven approach Career Path & Competency Grids: Develop career paths and competency grids that inspire and motivate. Manage promotion processes and support internal talent mobility. Ensure succession planning for business continuity. In coordination with the People Success Partner, develop and maintain the competency mapping of the company talents Tools & Systems: Monitor, interconnect, configure OpenClassrooms’ LMS/TMS platforms & systems Manage skills management tool that will support proactive and personalized skills and career path development Data & KPIs: Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Use data to continuously refine programs, drive budget decisions, and recommend improvements. Experienced Talent Developer: You have a strong background in Talent Development & Learning, with expertise in managing full-cycle training, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs. Organizational Design Expert: You excel in shaping organizational structures and assessing skills gaps, ensuring the best fit for the company's needs. Your strategic thinking, coupled with a data-driven approach and a strong business acumen, enables you tobring strategic solutions to any challenge, utilizing a hands-on, meticulous approach supported by robust data analytics. Tech savvy and process oriented,you have a natural tendency to eliminate unnecessary tasks and simplify business processes. You are comfortable using multiple SaaS tools and platforms to increase efficiencies, modernize, automate, personalize & scale processes. Collaboration skills : You excel at breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across multicultural departments & teams. Your strong communication and influencing skills allow you to effectively collaborate with leaders and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Flexible and proactive, you excel in fast-paced environments. You are capable of wearing multiple hats, conducting projects autonomously, and making quick decisions across diverse circumstances. Fluent in both French and English (C1 level), you possess strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms."
