Postdoctoral Position in Cryo-Electron Microscopy (IBS)Entreprise/Labo : Institute of Structural Biology / GrenobleDescription :The focus of the research is on the structural investigation of iron-sulfur (Fe-S) cluster biosynthesis in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. The primary method employed will be cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM) to characterize various multiprotein complexes involved in this intricate process. It is noteworthy that, due to the sensitivity of the Fe-S clusters in the complexes to oxygen, all experimental procedures will be conducted under stringent anaerobic conditions.Contact : Anthony Foscallo, Mickael Cherrier
