Your tasks

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of information security policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and analyzing security incidents
  • Risk management and document maintenance
  • Coordination of security audits and certifications as well as cooperation with external providers
  • Updating and adapting security measures to changing threats and requirements
  • Administration of the information security management system (ISMS)
  • Active participation in information security projects within the Brandenburg university network

Your qualifications

  • Completed relevant university education (bachelor's or equivalent university degree) in the field of computer science or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Certification according to ISO 27001 as ISMS representative
  • Knowledge in the area of access control; experience with LDAP or AD as well as SMB and NFS
  • Knowledge and experience in IT security and ensuring compliance with and further development of security standards
  • Technical and planning experience in the management of resources is an advantage
  • Responsible way of working in a team as well as independently
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary cooperation
