This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and the ideal candidate profile.Craft engaging outreach messages that align with our company's brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates for tech, support, and sales roles within the blockchain industry.Manage and track candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure a smooth sourcing process.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Stay up to date with innovative sourcing techniques to be competitive.Successful sourcing may lead to role expansion opportunities such as involvement in the interviewing processes.Requirements:Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (2+ years) in a fast-paced environment.Perfect fluency in English and French.Strong personal interest in the blockchain spaceCuriosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through (the blockchain space can turn into a rabbit hole!)Nice-to-have:Professional experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.Professional experience in GTM roles (customer support, account executives, technical sales)Fast-growing startup experience, ideally in tech.Track record of sourcing high-caliber professionals in niche technology sectors.About Kiln:Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade staking platform, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to whitelabel staking functionality into their offering.
