Akkion Recruitment, a leading Human Resources specialist in high-value-added professions, is recruiting on behalf of its client INERIS, a public expert institute dedicated to environmental safety, for a Technicien(ne) Essais / Maintenance H/F position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Qualification and Abusive Tests: Participate in the realization of qualification or abusive tests on equipment to obtain certification for their use in explosion-risk zones or to evaluate their dangerosity.
• Equipment Testing: Conduct tests on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or diesel equipment (motors, pumps, forklifts, etc.).
• Report Writing: Write detailed reports on test results.
• Participation in Laboratory Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance of the laboratory and the equipment, including metrological follow-up.
• Reception, Registration, and Dispatch of Equipment: Receive, register, and dispatch equipment for testing.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BAC+2/+3) in a relevant field (Mesures Physiques, Mécanique, Electrotechnique, CIRA, Maintenance).
• Experience: Proven experience in conducting tests or maintenance, or strong manual skills with a desire to change career orientation.
• Electrical Authorization: Hold an electrical authorization.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer tools.
• Language Skills: Strong knowledge of English (oral and written), ideally.
