(Senior) Consultant Home|Careers Job Overview: As a (Senior) Consultant you will spearhead digital/ IT strategy & transformation initiatives. Your strategic insights and advanced digital/ IT acumen will help clients harness the power of technologies to drive organizational success and achieve business objectives through digitalization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Development: Formulate comprehensive digital and IT strategies to align with clients' business objectives and technological needs Analyze industry trends, technological advancements, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and proposing tailored, innovative solutions Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate and refine strategic initiatives and action plans Project Leadership & Management: Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategy initiatives Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success Business Analysis & Optimization: Conduct thorough business and IT analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand consultancy services Contribute to proposal development and contractual negotiations to secure lucrative engagements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a significant focus on digital and IT domains Proven experience in leading digital/ IT transformation projects and managing multidisciplinary teams Skills: Initial leadership and team management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and best practicesAdvanced lanuage proficiency/ full professional in English and German (both at least C1) Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Career advancement opportunities and professional development support Flexible working arrangements and a dynamic work environment How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their application including a detailed CV outlining their experience and skills relative to the qualifications listed above via the submission form of this website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
