If so, we are looking for an Agile Innovation and Operations Intern to join our Agile team!What you’ll do:Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Facilitators on various initiatives across projects and teams.Work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and the People Experience Team.Help organize tech events, e.g., hackathons, coding dojos, and innovation workshops!Participate in team meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions to gain insights into innovation methods and Agile practices.Understand Agile methods and frameworks and help create easy-to-understand guides and documents.Coordinate with other interns for different innovation initiatives.About you:Curious and love learning new things.Up to date with tools that enhance work efficiency (e.g., chatGPT).A tech enthusiast who loves socializing and is curious about behaviors and motivations.Organized yet bold in embracing the chaos of multiple initiatives.At Adore Me Tech, we are a collective of engineers, designers, data scientists, and product leaders creating technology for innovation and positive industry change.The Company:Adore Me Tech is part of Adore Me, founded in 2011 in the USA, aiming to help women buy bras online.
