Job Title: Sales Lead New PlayersAs Sales Lead for New Players, he/she will be exposed to large Digital Players, such as Social Media, SuperApps, Mobility Players, Digital Video companies, Neo Banks, etc.The mission is to establish a business relation with those players, attracting them into travel, with the ultimate goal to contract them, on a blend of existing solutions in Amadeus portfolio and new ad-hoc ones to be built by Amadeus organization to enter this New Players space.Common Accountabilities:Has knowledge on Amadeus portfolio across different units, and/or is keen to develop it; business acumen, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset are important skills.Has a broad understanding of the travel industry and uses it to improve efficiency, recommends solutions/best practices and influences the strategy of the department.Translates the strategy of the activity into a concrete action plan for the area, setting and monitoring targets for the group of accounts.Works independently, based on management directions. May coordinate functional teams or projects and serves as a best practices/quality resource.Specific Accountabilities:Customer Excellence:Develop a relationship structure between the relevant levels of decision for both Amadeus and customer organizations.Facilitate and foster this relationship to maximize information flow, influencing, lobbying and customer satisfaction.Advocate customer voice into Amadeus to ensure the best service to customer.Escalation point for customer issues when standard escalation processes have failed.Ensure contract execution for the interest of both Amadeus and customer and liaise with legal to resolve issues.Ensure constant alignment of implemented services, contracted services & invoices.Collaborate with Amadeus departments to act on the priorities and objectives to meet account development plan, and to deliver unified responses to customer.Monitor quality of product and service delivery to customer, escalate delivery issues, request improvements if needed.Business Development & Budgeting:Identify & develop new business opportunities while maintaining or increasing revenue and profitability.Identify customer product and services requirements and give recommendations to Amadeus product departments regarding products and pricing policies.Manage the targeting, sale, negotiation and contracting processes for additional products & services.Support and provide guidance to product, legal and solutions organizations to adapt Amadeus approach to customer and maximize success.Contribute to proposals, response to RFPs, delivery plans proposed by the business units.Represent Amadeus' interests within the customer organization.Ensure that CRM information is updated at all times.Diversity & Inclusion:Amadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer.
