Join Provepharm, a human scale company full of challenges!Your profileGraduated with a degree level, preferably in Life Sciences, you have at least 5 years of strong background in a Key Account Manager role within the pharmaceutical world, including at least 2 years in the Hospital environment, and have successfully passed the ABPI Medical Representatives Exam. Therefore, you have a strong understanding of how the pharma industry operates across the UK region.Your knowledge includes the following: Expertise and solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and healthcare institutions Commercial techniques Supply chain of distributed products Products and their regulations Pharmacovigilance and medical information Mastering the environment and decisional circuits of hospital and private clinics English and ideally French languages Because soft skills are essential at Provepharm, you are recognized as a business oriented person, you demonstrate high capabilities in relational skills and in creating a bond with clients; and you are able to respect the ethical way in which the UK pharmaceutical industry conducts its business.You know how to actively listen and your desire to understand makes you find solutions in line with time and priority constraints. You know how to use digital tools and new means of communication in a relevant and effective way.Last but not least, you have the spirit of initiative and you demonstrate autonomy in your work.Main missionsProvepharm UK is recruiting a Key Account Manager for the Midlands territory.Part of a team of 5 people, including 3 KAMs covering different geographical areas of the UK, you will be in charge of the effective promotion of our portfolio of products with our customers while representing the company and ensuring the interests and needs of the company.Responsibilities will include:General Responsibilities- Commit to using all compliant means to achieve the annual sales goal,- Where our products are included in a Hospital Formulary promote the use of the products to all relevant departments in the hospital with the aim of growing the use of the product as much as possible within the eligible patient population,- Where our products are not included in a Hospital Formulary identify and work with the relevant stakeholders to develop a successful Formulary submission,- Where commercial contracts or tenders exist or are being developed gather as much information as possible and work with the Country Manager to manage/win the contract/tender,- Promote the proper use of the pharmaceutical specialties entrusted to you,- If necessary, organize and lead promotional information meetings,- Evaluate the commercial potential of accounts and qualify them,- Write activity reports, especially in the CRM,- Develop and maintain specific account plans for identified target accounts,- Promote the reputation of Provepharm,- Maintain professional relationships with hospital practitioners and buyers of major key accounts,- Conduct competitive intelligence activities and monitor changes in the hospital and clinic environment and clinics,- Participate in the development of internal customer awareness (customer centricity),- Monitor orders, stock levels and customer accounts (disputes, unsold goods, etc.),- Coordinate the above missions with internal actors (sales management, marketing, support...).Quality- Acquire and maintain your regulatory, environmental and product knowledge in order to pass on an expert oral message to your contacts,- Respect the lists of promotional documents and the systematic presentation of the,documents, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with the ABPI Code of Practice,- Respect the good practices and procedures of Pharmacovigilance, complaints and medical information requests,- Report all notifications of adverse events and/or special situations, quality defects or requests for medical quality defects or requests for medical information brought to your attention.Meetings / "Duo" days- Prepare for and participate to seminars, cycle meetings and regional meetings, as well as any training seminars.- Constructively participate to "duo" days with your manager, to set professional development objectives and the corresponding actions to take in order to achieve them, as well as deadlines.Administrative management- Carry out all administrative tasks (daily activity data entry, expense reports, etc.) and communicate them on time.Why should you join us?An independent, international specialty pharmaceutical company, Provepharm leverages the potential of well-known molecules to develop innovative solutions that satisfy unmet hospital critical needs an help improve patient’s lives.Provepharm develops, manufactures, and markets a range of products such as antidotes, and endoscopic and surgical dyes.
