Global Marketing Manager-London

This position may be homeoffice based in UK (London), France (Paris) or Germany (Marl, NRW).Job Description: We are seeking a results-oriented Global Marketing Manager to drive the strategic and operational marketing for our Construction Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing, coupled with experience in the chemical or materials industry (other manufacturing sectors are also considered).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global marketing strategies that expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.Develop compelling value propositions and comprehensive launch plans for new products.Create and manage marketing collaterals that effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.Represent our company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholdersFoster alignment and collaboration across teams (such as central marketing, product management, technical service, sales, sustainability and R&D) to ensure marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 7 years in marketing, preferably within the chemical or construction materials industry (other manufacturing industries are also acceptable)Consulting experience is a plusSkillsExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic and operational marketing methodologiesExperience in developing and implementing new strategies and initiatives.Ability to think clearly and structure thoughts and ideas effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create well-structured documents (PPT, Word, Excel).Strong analytical and business acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to drive business growthProven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.Confident in aligning and working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Why Synthomer?We are ambitious!We have grown significantly – both organically and inorganically.
