It is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world’s leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.In this context, Adeo's Marketplace team is looking for a Marketplace Senior Project Leader - Selection & Pricingto support its growth. You will join the team ofClare ARMSTRONG, Head of Seller and ServicesADEO Marketplace. The position can be based in France, inLille or in Paris.? YOUR MISSIONSThe Marketplace Senior Project Leader - Selection & Pricingwill play a key role in the long-term improvement of the Customer experience and the success of the marketplace. This position offers the opportunity to lead product selection improvement projects and gain in-depth knowledge of the Marketplace.Key mission is to Develop Marketplace Pricing and Selection Strategies in partnership with local Business units in FR, IT, ES, DE and PT. Delivered through: Excellent Deep dive skills to understand Pricing and Selection trends across Sellers and Business Units. Build close partnership with Tech teams to implement scalable solutions for Sellers and Account Management Teams. Work closely cross-functionally to generate business insights and opportunities to contribute to a first-class Seller and Customer Experience. For this purpose, you will : work closely with decision-makers to gain business insights, generate a first-class customer experience and maximize revenue growth. engage with cross-functional teams across the international organization (including sales, IT, retail, shops and finance teams) for implementation, root cause analysis and improvement of projects and programs. analyse the marketplace product portfolio, quality of the product, and data. YOUR PROFILEFirst, you are passionate about business management! Knowledge of e-commerce concepts regarding pricing, promotion and selection. At least6 years experience in related roles. Experience in marketplace/e-commerce. Master 2 in Business Management or Consulting, and continue to educate yourself on the new possibilities offered by this fast-growing field. Ability to use data to support hypotheses. Strong interpersonal and relational skills: you have easy contact and enjoy meeting people and taking an interest in their subjects and issues. Motivated by performance and results: the impact of your actions and work is a driving force for you. Excellent analytical skills and business sensibility, including basic knowledge of e-commerce concepts regarding conversion, traffic, SEO, SEA/SEM, Affiliate networks, website tagging, etc. Proficiency in English. Other European languages would be a plus.
