You are responsible for :

For our Holding Compensation & Benefits officer vacancy, we are looking for a new colleague for our HR team dedicated to Holding and Central Functions for Ayvens Group which are present in different countries.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of various processes concerning remuneration and performance review, benchmarking, merit and variable pay in support of the day-to-day reward initiatives for the Holding and central functions perimeter (around 1200 people).

You will act as an advisor for the HR team dedicated to Holding and Central functions on CnB and reporting aspects, be in charge to implement the CnB policy within the entity and will be actively involved in developing and implementing CnB initiatives, process definitions and systems implementation. You will work also closely with the Global CnB Team.

You will be also involved in the different reporting and data analytics projects and requirements for the team in close relationship also with the Global HR Data team, the HR Business Partner as well as the finance teams.

Lastly, you will challenge the required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people related insights. Reviews completeness, consistency and quality of the data received and conducts analysis on the provided data to support HR in providing needed people insights. You will mainly work with MS Excel and Workday.

Compensation and Benefits Processes for HQ & Central Functions

  • Advises on remuneration in recruitment and appointment procedures, assessing market information, internal consistency and advising on the package that can be offered;
  • Coordinates with local back office functions for correct data administration, preparation of processes and (data) filing;
  • Executes the internal procedures for benchmarking, the fixed and variable remuneration;
  • Manages the budget preparation as well as executes the annual variable remuneration and merit review for the perimeter

HR data gathering and analysis

  • Gathers, and challenges the required data to build an understanding and provides analysis on people related insights (varying from FTE, Talent, Pension and other financial components). Reviews completeness, consistency and quality of the data received and conducts analysis on the provided data to support HR in providing needed people insights;
  • Pilot the salary mass for HQ and central functions perimeter as well as FTE together with the Central HR teams;
  • Support the disclosure process for annual report and other mandatory in and external Reports for Holding and Central Functions

Compensation and benefits Projects

As part of the Ayvens Group creation and looking for consistency across practices and policies within HQ and Central functions, there would be a lot of initiatives and projects to be run and addressed to design and implement the new CnB policy for HQ and central functions but also specific CnB related topics for specific entities in the scope:

  • Benefits review and new benefits implementation;
  • Salary Grid implementation;
  • Job grading overview;
  • New Bonus plan and specific population management;
  • Profit sharing

The HR for Holding and Central Functions is located mainly in both the Rueil Malmaison (France) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) offices. This role is located in our headquarters in Rueil, with frequent interactions with colleagues based in Netherlands or in the other entities where central functions are located.

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

You have the DNA to deliver complex global end-to-end solutions, and implementation of actions that support business needs in an international environment. Collaboration, agility, project management and decision making are examples of key behaviors reflecting the agile culture of AYVENS.

  • University degree in math’s, tax, legal or HR;
  • At least 5 -7 years experience in an CnB position;
  • First experience in benefits management and project management;
  • Literate in processing data;
  • Strong analyticskills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to discuss and convince at all levels in the organization; Ability to
  • critically analyze information, recommend pragmatic solutions and business focused decisions;
  • Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work with a high level of independency and autonomy;
  • Strong MS Exceland PowerPoint skills;
  • Workday experience is a nice to have as well as Business Object;
  • French and English spoken languages
