Pricing and Compensation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Compensation Manager to join our EU Central DSP Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement processes and mechanisms to address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand the financial health of our delivery partners and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
• Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).

About the Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.

The EU Central DSP Management team works across European countries to optimize our relationships with DSPs who deliver directly to our customers. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
