As a leader, you will guide the team in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that address our clients' business challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes growth and development for our early career professionals. If you are passionate about mentoring emerging talent and driving impactful technical solutions, we encourage you to apply.This role requires travel up to 10%.Key job responsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and succeed in their roles.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in across the organization.Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, and driving the development of creative solutions.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of best practices to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience as well as experience with cloud architectureExperience leading and growing teams of technology professionals, ideally in customer facing rolesBusiness level proficiency in French and English languagesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloudAWS CertificationsProject or Program management experienceKnowledge of other European Languages #J-18808-Ljbffr
