Finance Business Partner

Our Clinics in France (OrthoWay) is a more than USD 40M business in many clinics spread over France. Our core strategic initiative is to improve our Clinics profitability and optimize operational efficiency.We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to strengthen our team and join us on our journey.Your role:The FBP will be instrumental in driving financial performance of these entities.You will report to the Director Business Control Clinics EMEA in Stockholm and collaborate with your finance colleagues in France, Poland, Eindhoven (The Netherlands), in other parts of Scandinavia and in Iceland. You will be supported by a financial control group in Rennes and Stockholm as well as Transactional accounting and data analytics center of excellence in Szczecin (Poland).Your Tasks:Performance Management:Guides performance review meetingsCommunication and Analysis:Effectively communicates the story beyond the numbersMakes practical recommendations based on analysisProblem-Solving and Critical Thinking:Proactively suggests business problems to address to Centers of Excellence ("COE")Constructively challenges business partner assumptions and goalsAsks questions that efficiently lead to identification of root cause of problemsGenerates multiple options to solve a problem and identifies the most effective solution (quality decision)Stakeholder Management and Negotiation:Understands how different stakeholders need different approachesDevelops practical and acceptable compromises when negotiatingEffectively prioritizes business problems based on urgency and relevanceClarifies decision trade-offs to internal customersRedirects poor business assumptionsWho are you:Bachelor or Master's degree in (Business) Economics or Business admin.At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar roleAbility to explain and provide context on statistical methodologySolid verbal and written communication skillsFluent in French and EnglishOpen minded, able to influence decisions, and collaborateMaintains flexibility in fast-paced environment and continuously evolves to meet changing business needsTakes initiative and executes independently.Embla Medical is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
