About SEAQUAL INITIATIVE: SEAQUAL INITIATIVE is a global community dedicated to cleaning our oceans, raising awareness of the issue of marine litter, and highlighting those who are helping to fight it. We collaborate with industries to transform marine litter into sustainable products, including yarn and other materials.Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our licensees database, onboarding new leads, and certifying new products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to support our mission of sustainability and ocean conservation.Department: Licensing & ComplianceKey Responsibilities:Onboarding:Conduct checks for new licensees through web research and email exchanges.Manage licensee portal onboarding process.Control the renewal process.Conduct follow-up calls to ensure smooth onboarding.Coordinate with the commercial team for follow-up actions.Material Management:Oversee the chain of custody documentation for materials.Manage inventory records.System Updates:Regularly update and maintain the CRM system.Suggest and implement improvements for CRM system efficiency.Business Development:Categorize licensees by sector to streamline business development efforts.Proactively search for and engage with potential new customers.Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads.SEAQUAL LAB and textile certification:Licensees support and management of the SEAQUAL fabrics certifications.Monthly Management:Prepare monthly reports and presentations.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.Experience with CRM systems and database management.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Passion for sustainability and ocean conservation.Desired Skills:Experience with supply chain management.Familiarity with sustainability certifications and standards.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization committed to environmental sustainability.A dynamic and supportive work environment.By focusing on the onboarding process, material management, system updates, business development, visibility, and monthly management, this role will play a crucial part in advancing SEAQUAL INITIATIVE's mission and supporting our network of licensees.
