Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, Giskard provides a holistic testing platform for AI models. Your responsibilities will be to: Participate in all strategic decisions, working in close collaboration with the CEO Develop, tune and maintain our finance & reporting stack on all business KPIs Help our CEO prepare materials for key partner & customer meetings and investor boards Contribute to some our growth marketing and business development campaigns Take the lead on given ad-hoc strategic projects depending on Giskard's priorities, including RFPs We are looking for an entrepreneurial doer with a strong drive and initial experience in fast-paced, high-stakes roles. The role is open only to students in French engineering/business schools, looking for end-of-studies internships before their CDI.About you Dual master's degree in both engineering and business from Top 5 French schools Previous internship experience in finance/strategy roles in top banks, M&A, consulting or tech firms Strong analytical skills, in particular on finance / business planning topics Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple and convincing ways, with a keen attention to details Project management & self-organization skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage uncertainties Fluency (oral & written) in both English and French Proficiency on Google Sheets & Slides or Excel & Powerpoint Bonus: Ability to code in Python or SQL Values Team spirit & empathy Being proactive & efficient Transparency & trust Being impactful in the AI field for society Vision & long-term picture Recruitment processYou can get an offer in 3 weeks HR fit interview: 15 minutes CEO fit interview: 30 minutes Case study: 10 days to complete Case study interview: 45 minutes Final interview with the 2 founders: 45 minutes We value diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
