As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your role will be to find and inspire great talent for various teams at BlaBlaCar. You will be part of our Talent Acquisition, Culture & Engagement and Employer Branding team, composed of 18 team members with various nationalities.Your responsibilitiesManage the full cycle hiring process for internships & junior positions for different business functions; from hiring brief to closing candidatesPartner with Hiring Managers to create a positive and smooth candidate experienceContribute to specific assigned tasks to improve our processes within the scope of talent acquisitionCollaborate with the People Ops Team for all administrative matters and onboardingYour qualificationsPursuing a degree, ideally a Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any other relevant fieldFirst experience in RecruitmentStrong communication skillsRigorous, great attention to detail, structured and organizedCurious and creative with a strong interest in recruitingAbility to build trusting relationships & attentive to offer a top-notch candidate experienceThrive in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environmentFull working proficiency in English (French is a nice to have)Ability to take ownership, aligned with business prioritiesFit with our BlaBlaPrinciplesHaving an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
