Responsibilities

• Management of entire recruitment process from job posting to placement for France

and Benelux

• Recruit roles of various levels and build up Key Account Management teams for your

region

• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers in recruitment challenges or

opportunities.

• Provide a positive candidate experience & effectively communicate the organization's

values and culture

• Optimise recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency & effectiveness

Experience

• BA degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field
• 6 years Life Science recruitment experience
• English and French or Italian fluency
