About the roleIn this role, you will work closely with Vincent Casillas, ourVP R&D System & Software, and,Etienne Renault, our Software Application Manager. What a regular day at the job might look like:Evaluate, port, and optimize HPC applications to SiPearl's architecture Work with cutting-edge technologies Estimate the performance of next-generation high-performance chips Participate in optimizing HPC frameworks and workflows for heterogeneous memories and Arm architectures Collaborate with other teams to guide the development of new optimizations and improve overall HPC workload performance Work with customers and external partners from industry and academia Contribute to collaborative projects and gather requirements Manage a team of approximately 10 people What would make you succeed in this role 5+ years of relevant experience in benchmarking, performance analysis and optimizing HPC applications on various hardware 2+ years of experience in technical management Experience in RFP answering and/or collaborative projects Ensure a technical watch on latest benchmarks Good ability to extract and analyze results. Proven experience with C++/C/Fortran programming, bash, and Linux Someone adaptable, autonomous, good in problem solving Ability to synthetize and compare Able to learn new skills and adapt to our challenges, Ability to work with a community of experts on large scale projects, Fluency in English is a prerequisite for success in this role, as effective communication in English is essential for collaboration and ensuring the seamless execution of responsibilities.
